A Bit About Us
Kurt Elia is our Master Brewer. A graduate of the American Brewers Guild, Kurt brewed professionally at Left Hand Brewing and also at Big Horn Brewing Company in Colorado. He has traveled extensively throughout the US, UK, and Europe, exploring the wide range of
beer, food, and culture that the world has to offer. Today, with more than 600 batches of beer under his belt and a ragged passport in his pocket, he can’t wait to take you to some of his favourite spots.
Stuart Boyne is our resident Brit and Head of Operations. A former military officer and corporate executive, he is no stranger to handling complex logistical challenges (like keeping a bus full of beer loving explorers on course as it winds its way through a myriad of breweries and pubs!). His many years of experience living and working in London, while travelling extensively throughout the UK (and the world) have made him an expert on how to find the best pubs and eateries that only the locals know about.
Bob Travers is our Foodie-in-Chief. A graduate from Johnson & Wales University, Bob was a chef in some of the finest restaurants and hotels in Boston, before moving to Vermont and working at the New England Culinary Institute (NECI) as a Chef/Instructor. He has spent his adult life eating, cooking, thinking and teaching about fine food. He has a passion for great food and craft beer, and when they can be found together, he is at his happiest. He looks forward to hosting you and your friends on an awesome adventure!
